This is now our third year and we have seen many changes and transformation.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
Jiggers and worm infection is more spread; alarming and more serious that needs immediate attention to contain its spread. Most of the victims have feet, hands and scalp as the most affected part of the body. From our own analysis and research in one village, 50% of the victims had their feet affected, 30% of the victims had both their hands and feet affected and finally about 20% had both scalp, hands, feet and other parts of the body affected.
